NeuroBlu Analytics v5.2: 188M+ Clinical Notes, 10x NLP Label Growth, Deeper Scale Coverage

August 5, 2026

NeuroBlu Analytics v5.2 ships the 26R3 dataset, deepening the unstructured and scale-based evidence beneath the platform. This release adds 23.3M clinical notes and 416M new measurements versus 26R2, projects more than 10x growth in NLP label coverage across depressive and psychotic disorders, and expands neuropsychiatric scale depth for Alzheimer's disease, sleep, pain, and longitudinal outcomes research.

Clinical Notes: 188M+ and Growing

The 26R3 dataset adds 23.3M clinical notes, a 14% increase, pushing total coverage past 188M notes. Every partner contributing notes refreshed 8-11 weeks of new data, so the expansion is both wider and more current.
Notes are the raw material behind symptom-level evidence. More notes across more patients means a larger base for NLP labels and Symptom Intelligence, and a deeper corpus for custom services projects where our team analyzes clinical narrative directly for your research question.

NLP Labels: More Than 10x Growth

NLP label coverage grows more than 10x in 26R3, reaching a projected 429K patients. Psychotic-disorder labels expand to four data partners; suicidality labels are refreshed across additional partners.
That growth is what makes the labels usable. Structured, symptom-level labels turn free-text clinical narrative into cohort criteria you can filter on directly, defining populations by symptoms that claims data cannot see.

Neurological Coverage and Expanded Psychiatric Scales

26R3 broadens neurological scale coverage, with pain measurement as the largest single gain.

  • Pain Numeric Scale (PNS) reaches 14.1M patients, up from 1.6M, a 9x increase
  • Wong-Baker FACES Pain Rating Scale is new, at 1.0M patients
  • CGI-I reaches 1.38M patients (+191%)
  • TUG reaches 64K+ patients (+194%)

The Movement Disorder Society-Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS) is newly mapped. Alzheimer's disease gains stronger cognitive-screening coverage and fidelity through MiniCog, alongside refreshed ESS data for narcolepsy and sleep research. Broader PHQ, QIDS, C-SSRS, GAD, AUDIT, AIMS, CAGE, and CIWA-Ar coverage supports longitudinal outcomes work across neurological and behavioral health.

26R3 in Summary

NeuroBlu Analytics v5.2 delivers 23.3M new clinical notes for 188M+ total, more than 10x growth in NLP labels across depressive and psychotic disorders, and expanded neuropsychiatric scale depth for Alzheimer's disease, sleep, pain, and longitudinal outcomes research.
